Hello, friend. I'm so glad you're here. For those of you who don't know me yet, I'm Stephanie—though some of you know me as Dr. Vanterpool. I'm a wife, mom, physician, educator, researcher, and author. More than anything, though, I'm someone who's driven to uncover and share the underlying principles that shape us and the world around us—whether it's medicine, leadership, faith, or personal transformation. Over the years, I've discovered core principles that keep showing up in every area of life. They don't just shape what we do. They shape who we become. If you've joined this community, there's a good chance you've felt what I've felt—that quiet sense that there is something more you're meant to do, become, or contribute... but you're not quite sure what it is or how to get there. That's why I created Blueprints & Butterflies -- a community for those who want to discover their unique destiny and how to make it a reality. Just as a caterpillar has everything it needs to transform into a butterfly, I believe each of us has access to everything we need to fulfill our God-given destiny—our unique blueprint. The blueprint already exists. Personal transformation is what allows us to manifest each new layer of that blueprint. In these emails, I'll share reflections, stories, and practical insights from my own journey of learning to listen, trust, and obey as I manifest each layer of my blueprint. My hope is that what I'm learning will encourage you as you discover and manifest your own unique blueprint. I'm excited to see where this journey takes us. With gratitude, SGV 🦋 Stephanie G.
